Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a professional demeanour. Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments to ensure optimal utilisation of time.
- Organising team workflows.
- Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assisting with data entry tasks using bespoke programmes and off the shelf software such as Google Workspace, and Xero.
- Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval of documents.
- Managing travel costs.
- Supporting general administrative duties such as ordering and supplies and booking in maintenance and servicing when required.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Providing support for special projects as required by the organisation.
Experience
- Previous experience is not necessary for a competent applicant.
- Proficiency with electronic communications and devices.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- This role requires a motivated individual capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring the organisation’s administrative functions run seamlessly.
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
