Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with a variety of outdoor and construction-related tasks, contributing to landscape maintenance, construction projects, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in diverse environments. Duties

- Operating hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting excavation activities using excavators and other machinery
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems as required
- Performing general site maintenance such as clearing debris, organising materials, and ensuring safety standards are met
- Assisting with construction tasks including material handling and basic assembly work
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of work areas throughout the day
- Supporting team members with specialised tasks related to horticulture and general site development
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction is mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
- Ability to operate or learn how to operate machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow safety protocols
- Valid <PERSON> (if applicable) or willingness to obtain necessary certifications before commencing work
