Marketing & Advertising Executive
Bar Collective | London
Bar Collective is an independent hospitality company operating a portfolio of bars, restaurants and large-scale seasonal venues across London. Our venues all have their own identity, audience and personality. From food-led neighbourhood concepts to large pop-up activations on the river, we're focused on creating hospitality experiences that people want to return to.
We're looking for a Marketing & Advertising Executive to join the team and support the continued development of our brands. This is a varied role that combines marketing, design, events and project delivery. You'll work closely with Operations and senior leadership to ensure our venues are consistently promoted, commercially focused and presented to a high standard.
The Role
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across the business, supporting venue performance through well-executed campaigns, events and brand activations. A key part of the role is managing and promoting each venue's calendar of events while supporting our food, drinks and cocktail offering through engaging marketing and advertising.
You'll also work alongside supplier partners and sponsors to develop seasonal activations and venue takeovers, helping bring concepts from initial idea through to delivery. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple projects at once and is comfortable taking ownership of their workload.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple venues.
- Manage and promote venue event calendars and seasonal campaigns.
- Support the promotion of food offers, cocktail menus and venue experiences.
- Work with supplier partners to plan and deliver branded activations and events.
- Coordinate artwork, signage, POS and digital assets across the business.
- Manage website content, social media channels and online listings.
- Produce email campaigns and support CRM activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives.
- Support new venue launches, refurbishments and brand development projects.
About You
- Experience in marketing, design or hospitality marketing.
- Confident using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially aware and able to understand how marketing supports venue performance.
- Hospitality experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to support events and activations when required.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands.
- Involvement in large-scale seasonal activations and venue launches.
- A varied role with genuine responsibility and creative input.
- The chance to work directly with supplier partners and nationally recognised drinks brands.
- A small, collaborative team where ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued.
- The opportunity to grow with an independent hospitality company as it continues to expand.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating, organising and delivering marketing that has a tangible impact on the business. If you want to work in a fast-moving environment where no two weeks are the same and your work directly influences the success of our venues, we'd like to hear from you.
