Are you an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding career where you can use your industry expertise to change lives?
At Skills4Group, we're delivering the Greater London Authority's London Talent Pathways programme, helping adults gain the skills, qualifications and confidence they need to build successful careers in Health & Social Care and Pharmacy.
This is more than a teaching role. You'll inspire learners, build strong employer partnerships and play a key role in addressing skills shortages across London's healthcare sector.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll:
- Deliver engaging classroom, online and blended learning across Health & Social Care and Pharmacy programmes.
- Support learners from enrolment through to achievement and progression.
- Build strong relationships with employers and community partners across Greater London.
- Carry out learner reviews, coaching and action planning.
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure programmes meet GLA funding requirements and quality standards.
- Support learner retention and successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our curriculum and learner experience.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys helping others succeed and can bring real industry experience into the classroom.
Essential
- Current GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Recent experience within community, hospital or primary care pharmacy.
- Experience delivering training, teaching or coaching adults.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and digital skills, including Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability and willingness to travel across Greater London.
Desirable
- Teaching qualification (AET, CET or DET).
- Assessor and/or IQA qualification.
- Experience delivering Adult Skills Fund or GLA-funded provision.
- Knowledge of ESFA/GLA funding rules and Ofsted requirements.
- Experience using learner management systems.
