In this role, you will be required to coach gymnasts in a positive, supportive and enthusiastic environment during their weekly sessions. Our main goals are to encourage growth, install confidence in our gymnasts and provide a nurturing fun environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact to many through the sport of gymnastics.
Responsibilities
- Follow provided session plans to deliver age and ability appropriate classes to gymnasts.
- Teach proper techniques across all apparatus.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
- Motivate athletes to achieve personal goals while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship
- Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, organized, and ready for each session
Experience
- Sports coaching experience, preferably in gymnastics or similar disciplines.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse age groups
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and progression methods
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others succeed in sports and physical activity
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
