Overview
We are seeking a Gas Engineer with plumbing skills to join our team. This role would suit someone who is open to learning new skills and or working in all different types of environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of gas systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in all installations and maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair gas appliances, heating systems, and associated equipment.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively for various tasks.
- Perform plumbing duties related to gas installations and repairs.
- Assemble components of gas systems with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- A valid gas safety certification is required for this position.
