Job Overview
Feral Architectural Glazing Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminium Fabricator / Installer to join our growing team for the immediate start. The successful candidate will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, and façade systems within our factory facility.
The main responsibilities are factory-based; however, occasional installation and site work will also be required. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including overnight stays when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials and apply protective tape where required
- Cut aluminium profiles using optimised cutting lists
- Crimp or nail frames, inject two-part adhesive, and clean corners
- Assemble frames with gaskets, hardware, and accessories
- Assist with installation of frames and glazing when required
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience manufacturing aluminium windows, doors, or façades
- Experience with on-site installation work
- Knowledge of glazing systems and aluminium fabrication processes
