We are looking for a skilled Civil’s Gang within the Kent region, to join our dedicated Company. Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.
As a Civil Gang you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.
Location: Based in Maidstone and Medway Salary: Negotiable depending on level of skill Duties:
- Assist and be part of the delivery of Day- to- Day maintenance, minor and major Civil projects
- Provide first class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
- Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
- Must be able to work to a program
- Daily site reporting along with site folders
- Preferrable to have tarmac laying experience
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- General Civils Works, (kerbing, edgings)
- Able to read drawings
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Valid CSCS card is essential
- Valid Street Works
- PTS competence is advantage
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and clients
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
- Relevant Tickets for competency of Civils
- Must have good team ethic and the drive to deliver projects on time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £140.00-£200.00 per day
