The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of residential sales and lettings, including:
- Registering and qualifying buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
- Supporting sales progression
- Generating valuation and instruction opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing enquiries by telephone, email and in person
- Assisting with property marketing and social media activity
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property journey
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is organised, professional and motivated
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is keen to learn, develop and contribute to the continued success of the business
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Previous experience in estate agency or lettings would be an advantage, but is not essential. We will also consider candidates with strong experience in sales, customer service or other client-facing roles.
