About the Role
We are working in partnership with a highly respected specialist contractor operating across the civil engineering and energy sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, our client is seeking three newly qualified Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding commercial team in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career QS professionals to gain hands-on experience on major infrastructure and energy projects across the Highlands while receiving structured support and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Office-based role in Inverness with occasional travel to project sites across the Highlands
- Supporting the commercial team with cost control, valuations, procurement and reporting
- Assisting with contract administration and commercial documentation
- Working closely with engineers, project managers and senior QS staff
- Gaining experience across the full project lifecycle from pre-contract to final account
- Preparing client reports and supporting commercial decision-making
About You
- Recently qualified Quantity Surveyor (Graduate to 1 year post-qualification)
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder engagement ability
- Highly motivated, organised and keen to develop professionally
- Interest in civil engineering, infrastructure or energy projects
