Job Summary
Bryce & Co are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in property presentation is essential. Driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, door knocking, networking and prospecting using online marketing tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients that identify the differences between high street estate agents and the Bryce & Co service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and develop social media campaigns to enhance the brand within West Wales.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within Pembrokeshire.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of achieving sales / instruction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Social media knowledge and experience presenting in front of a camera preferable.
