We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our hospitality team. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include most weekends. However, there may also be half-days during weekdays, such as 10:30am to 3:00pm or 12:00pm until close (typically between 6:00 and 8:00pm), as well as full days from 10:30am to 6:00pm or 7:00pm. Weekends and bank holidays usually involve longer shifts.
In addition to the standard responsibilities of a bar staff role, team members will also be required to take on additional tasks. These may include cleaning and maintaining the bathrooms and dining areas, taking out bins, and ensuring overall cleanliness across the premises. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that all areas are kept to a high standard and that customers receive a consistently excellent experience. Supporting the team in all aspects of daily operations is key, as no task is too big or too small. Own initiative and problem-solving skills will be valuable in ensuring smooth operations, and as candidates become more confident and familiar with our working practices, they may be required to lead shifts when necessary.
The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work at a fast pace is essential, along with a positive attitude, patience, and a keen eye for detail. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
