The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, personal care, first aid, medication administration, assisted living, and meal preparation. Some of our roles you may be required to work at least one sleep-in per week.
We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Shifts are mixture of early, late and waking nights, We do have full time positions available.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes.
Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
Administering medication as prescribed and ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
Offering emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Knowledge of patient care, first aid and medication administration
Ability to work with individuals requiring assisted living support
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude towards those in need
