As a front-of-house staff member at Wimpole Clinic, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations for all clients visiting or contacting the clinic.
Job Summary: The front-of-house staff at Wimpole Clinic serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. This role involves handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and maintaining the overall organisation and cleanliness of the reception and public areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and courteously, working closely with sales advisors to ensure leads are converted where possible.
3. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
4. Verify client information, update and prepare records for surgery as necessary.
5. Assist clients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork on our CRM system.
6. Handle credit card transactions, and manage billing enquiries.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and public areas.
8. Work as a team player to ensure the business runs well on a day-to-day basis.
9. Provide information about clinic services and procedures to clients.
10. Follow established procedures for handling confidential information and maintaining client privacy. Practicing strict GDPR and patient confidentiality.
11. Collaborate with other Wimpole sites/departments to resolve client issues or concerns effectively and politely.
12. Organise patients’ lunch and store appropriately.
13. Check on amenities and call the cleaner if necessary.
14. Check stocks of refreshments for the patients and maintain stock levels for stationery and reception (tea/coffee etc.)
15. Co-ordinate shop sales and postage.
16. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

·This contract is to provide maternity leave cover. However, for the right candidate, there may be opportunities to extend the contract and continue working beyond the initial term.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
