An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy and supportive property team. You will assist fee earners across a range of residential conveyancing matters, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced but nurturing environment.

Conveyancing Assistant - Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and legal support to conveyancing fee earners
- Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting and preparing standard conveyancing documents
- Carrying out searches, Land Registry applications, and related tasks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Managing file progression and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Providing excellent client care throughout the transaction process
About You
- Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal administrative role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Legal qualifications are advantageous but not essential
