Press Brake Operative – Full-Time Permanent Role (Day Shift)

The Role
As a Press Brake Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture of steel lintels, working as part of an experienced production team to meet quality and productivity targets.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating CNC-controlled press brake machinery to form and shape steel lintels to precise specifications.
- Reading and interpreting production drawings and technical information accurately.
- Completing production and quality documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining tight tolerances and consistently meeting high-quality standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe manual handling practices.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally operating press brake machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering or production drawings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing setting.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
Shift Pattern Available
Day Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 5:45am – 1:45pm
- Friday: 5:45am – 1:15pm
