Salary is £27,500 per year + Attendance Bonus + Overtime/Commission (Travel times are paid)
Must have a Valid UK Driving License
This will be increased once you have passed your Level 2 Pest Management Qualifications

- Working on proofing access points to stop pests gaining access
No day is every the same for our technicians. You will be attending to customers properties and problem solving the issues and deciding what the best solution will be to eradicate the pests. You will be dealing with pests from rats and mice to fleas and bedbugs.
We will provide you with work phone, uniform, work vehicle plus all the equipment needed to do an excellent job.
Your responsibilities will include
- Carrying out surveys to identify pests, the extent of the infestation, and potential entry points
- Proofing potential entry points externally, internally including lofts
- Working at Height
- Carrying out treatment safely in accordance with Best Code of Conducts
- Installing Drain Flaps, Air Brick covers, Filling of holes, proofing rodent access points, Concreting etc
- Developing and safely implementing treatment plans based on the unique needs of each site
- Communicating with clients about the pest control process, preventive measures, and maintenance to ensure a pest-free environment
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including the types of pests, treatment methods, and any follow-up recommendations
- Following safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the responsible use of pesticides and chemicals.
Skills and qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
- Previous DIY skills needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence
- Must undergo DBS check
- Some DIY experience would be an advantage
- Working at Height – IPAF or PASMA
