Job Summary - MPC LTD, we looking for multiple positions, part-time and full-time for a new takeover of a soft play Company.

Responsibilities
- Supervise children engaging in soft play activities, ensuring they follow safety guidelines at all times
- Manage the soft play area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting families warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Enforce rules and safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during playtime
- Assist with setting up and tidying the soft play zone before and after operating hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience and handle any incidents professionally
- Support management in maintaining equipment, supplies, and overall cleanliness of the play area
Experience
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or childcare environments is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively setting
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to children’s play areas is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
