Full-Time Cleaner – Join the Phoenix Property Team £27k P/A (£13 PH)
Due to new up and coming contracts we are seeking a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Cleaner to join our growing team. We specialise in the maintenance and care of both large and small residential blocks.
About the Role
Based in Hemel Hempstead, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal areas across our sites in Hertfordshire and North West London. Duties include vacuuming, polishing, and general communal-area cleaning — no domestic cleaning and no cleaning of personal toilets or kitchens.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6:15am – 2:15pm
- 1 Saturday morning per month (paid as overtime)
Driving Requirement
You will be provided with a small company van and will visit multiple sites daily, including locations in North West London (Hendon, Mill Hill, Finchley). A confident and competent driver is essential.
