Unique Mobility Ltd is looking for a hands-on Mobility Engineer to join our Exeter team, installing, servicing, and repairing mobility scooters, powerchairs, stairlifts, and ramps. It's practical, varied work — and every job you complete gives someone back a bit of independence.
No experience in mobility equipment? No problem. Full training is provided, and we especially welcome applicants from mechanical, automotive, or engineering backgrounds.

What you'll be doing
- Installing, servicing, and repairing mobility equipment
- Delivering and setting up equipment in customers' homes
- Installing and measuring stairlifts
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Completing job reports and paperwork
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Working closely with our sales and support team
What you'll need
- Full UK driving licence
- Good practical/mechanical skills
- An eye for detail and a reliable, professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experience in a mechanical, automotive, engineering, or technician role
- Field service or installation experience
- Basic IT skills
Location: Exeter, Devon, with occasional travel to Plymouth or Launceston. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Exeter.
