We are currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and innovative Investment and Delivery Officer to play a leading role in the regeneration of North Lincolnshire’s Town Centres. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a diverse range of high-profile regeneration projects that will have a lasting impact on our communities.
The role will lead the delivery of a range of capital projects funded through the Levelling Up Fund, Pride in Place and Scunthorpe Town Deal and other government investment initiatives.
Working closely with partners, stakeholders and local communities you will help ensure that these investments deliver tangible economic, environmental and social benefits.
The successful candidate will have broad experience in project and programme management, stakeholder engagement and the application of industry-leading best practice. You will be able to manage complex projects, build effective relationships and drive delivery to achieve positive outcomes for the people and place of North Lincolnshire.
North Lincolnshire Council has an ambitious capital investment programme focused on enabling infrastructure, town centre improvements, buildings, public spaces and community assets. As an Investment and Delivery Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our principal towns, ensuring government funding is invested effectively and delivering the outcomes and benefits expected by our communities.
Through this work, you will support the Council's transformation programme and contribute directly to achieving the aspirations set out in our Council Plan.
