Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Greet guests warmly, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their morning experience
- Set up breakfast stations, replenish supplies, and manage food displays for optimal appeal
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery of orders
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and utensils
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant service
- Experience as a delivery driver or in meal delivery enhances coordination skills
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Phone etiquette skills for taking guest requests or inquiries professionally
