We're looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to the residential care team
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people
- Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour support
- Support care planning, risk assessments, and daily documentation
- Mentor Residential Support Workers and lead by example
- Ensure high standards in line with Ofsted regulations
- Work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding outcomes
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience within a Children's Residential Care Home
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
✔ Experience leading shifts and supporting staff
✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
