Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily legal operations, client service workflows, and administrative support activities
- Coordinate case documentation, records, schedules, service updates, and internal processes
- Support legal teams, client service staff, compliance teams, and external service partners
- Monitor workflow performance, client feedback, service quality, and operational reports
- Prepare reports, process updates, documentation, and improvement recommendations
- Assist with team coordination, task tracking, and service delivery standards
- Ensure operational activities follow company procedures, confidentiality standards, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in legal operations, legal administration, compliance support, professional services, client services, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based legal, consulting, compliance, or professional services environment is an advantage

Pay: £52,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
