We are currently looking to recruit a full-time multi skilled labourer on a self employed basis to complement our current team.
The successful candidate must be hardworking, reliable and have experience within the construction/Landscaping industry. A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle is required to get to different site locations.
The operative’s main duties:
Driving duties
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Undertake rip out work, landscaping, groundwork’s and general building
Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks
Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong time management to arrive at place of work on time and complete tasks efficiently
Willingness to travel to different job sites as required within the North wales area.
