The care home is situated next to Horsforth Hall Park, on a 1.1 acre site in mature gardens, with a bowling green, allotments and private seating areas

As the Registered Manager you will provide high levels of support to both residents and their families, whilst engaging and developing your team.
Overview of Role:
- To be responsible to the Operations Manager/ Director for the day-to-day running of the home.
- To promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment for all clients, treating everyone with respect and encouraging participation in any tasks if wished with due consideration to managed risk taking.
- To ensure that the home operates according to its registration status and conditions and complies with all legal requirements. To keep updated on these regulations.
- To aim for a full occupancy level.
- To achieve as a minimum a “Good” CQC rating.
- To manage the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for its residents.
- To keep residents safe and well protected from abuse at all times.
- To develop, promote and maintain high standards of care and best practice through effective auditing and planning processes.
- To develop and manage effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources needed by the home.
- To be an ambassador for the home, promoting and marketing its services.
Our role is to provide the tools to lead a successful care home, with support and guidance when required.
Experience for this role is essential, in either the Registered Manager or Deputy position of an elderly care home.
