Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Bench Joiner, you'll manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery to exacting standards, producing premium products for luxury commercial fit-out projects

Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production plans

Operating woodworking machinery, including panel saws and planer/thicknessers

Producing shaped and profiled timber components

Preparing completed work for the Spray Shop and Quality Control departments

Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship throughout production

Supporting colleagues across the workshop when required

Following health and safety procedures while keeping your workspace clean and organised
Experience:
-
Previous experience as a Bench Joiner, Cabinet Maker, Workshop Joiner or similar

A time-served apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 in Bench Joinery, or equivalent practical experience

Experience operating woodworking machinery within a manufacturing environment

The ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work

A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
