We are looking for a Head of Operations who can take ownership of our operational performance, internal processes, and service delivery standards. This is a high level leadership role for someone who can manage people, improve systems, and make sure the business runs smoothly across departments.
You will work closely with senior management, department leads, and client facing teams to improve efficiency, support growth, and maintain a professional working environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and confident leading operational change.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee day to day business operations and ensure departments are working efficiently and consistently.
Process Improvement: Review existing systems, identify gaps, and implement practical improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
Team Management: Support department managers, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and encourage a positive working culture.
Service Delivery: Ensure client work, internal tasks, and business commitments are completed on time and to a high standard.
Budget and Resource Planning: Help manage operational budgets, staffing needs, workflow planning, and business resources.
Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, and ensure company policies are followed.
Stakeholder Management: Work with senior leaders, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to support business goals and resolve operational issues.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 6 plus years of experience in operations, business management, service delivery, or a similar leadership role.
Leadership Background: Previous experience managing teams, department leads, or business operations is essential.
Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business performance, cost control, service quality, and operational planning.
Problem Solving: Able to identify issues quickly, make practical decisions, and create clear action plans.
Communication Skills: Confident communicating with senior management, team members, clients, and external partners.
Organisation: Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, reporting, and multiple areas of responsibility.
Mindset: You are professional, calm under pressure, and focused on building reliable systems that help the business grow.
Pay: £52,000.00-£73,000.00 per year
