Project Manager – Premier Display Ltd
Premier Display Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our growing team. We design and build exceptional exhibition stands while also delivering innovative point-of-sale displays and showroom environments for a diverse portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial brief through to installation and completion, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients, managing schedules, resources, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience within exhibitions, fit-out, retail display, or a related sector, together with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple exhibition, POS, and showroom projects simultaneously from concept through installation and handover
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with clients, designers, production manager, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively
- Monitor quality, health and safety, and compliance requirements across all project stages
- Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate project documentation
This role is mainly office-based at our location in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester, however the role does entail days on-site (Birmingham, London, Liverpool etc.) and can sometimes include weekend working - dependant on how the installation falls.
Salary range is wide as it's based on experience.
Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
