Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Package
- Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000
- Lucrative uncapped commission structure

Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Job Specification
You will be responsible for:
- Business development; pitching to company directors and winning new business
- Account management; maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Sourcing high calibre candidates; proactive headhunting, networking, via job boards
- Becoming a consultative salesperson
- Taking control of your earnings
- Candidate engagement; communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability
Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Attributes
- Degree 2.1 or higher (not needed if you have excellent sales experience) OR Relevant commercial experience (ideally in a sales environment)
- Natural communicator
- Financially driven (you are in control of your earnings)
- Extremely ambitious
- Competitive flair (ideally played sports to a high level)
