Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic cleaning team. Shifts pattern:
Monday to Friday between 17:00pm and 21:30pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance.
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and completed tasks for accountability purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
