Overview
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic business within our engaging human resources team.
You will play a key role in enhancing HR efficiency, supporting organisational growth, and enabling workforce development initiatives that are critical to the long-term success of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively support the implementation of the new HRIS system, including user acceptance testing, process documentation, and training coordination for managers and employees.
- General HR Operations, to include providing HR advice and support to managers and employees and maintaining accurate HR records
- HR administration, reports and HR metrics
- Recruitment & Onboarding, managing the end to end process, working with stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Essential Requirements
- Demonstratable experience in a HR Advisor / generalist HR position
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR Best Practice
- Experience of full recruitment cycle
- Experience of supporting HR systems (HRIS)
- Excellent IT administration skills along with strong interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualifications (CIPD Associate) or working towards
- Experience of supporting business integrations (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Hours approx 7.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs with 1pm finish on a Friday (Flexible)
Hybrid - 4 days in office - Friday WFH
Salary £37-45K with scope depending on experience and qualifications
