Role: Regional Service Manager
Location: Witham, CM8 3TH
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £64,000 pa DOE

We're looking for a Regional Service Centre Manager to manage and develop our Service Centre operations. You'll work closely with our admin, workshop, and field service teams to deliver high quality aftersales support and ensure our customers receive a consistently positive experience.
What you'll do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Service Centre teams, ensuring strong customer service, quality, and efficiency.
- Take ownership of Health & Safety, environmental, and quality compliance across your region.
- Support service performance through KPI management, continuous improvement, and cost control.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a senior point of contact and advocate for customer experience.
- Oversee budgets, resource planning, and labour utilisation to support delivery against targets.
- Develop, and support your teams, creating an inclusive and engaged working environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall service performance.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a similar role within the HGV, truck, commercial vehicle, or automotive aftermarket sector.
- Strong operational leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards within a service or workshop environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to support teams and customers.

- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays: this is based on a 5 day working week (pro rata to 20 days plus Bank Holidays for a 4 day working week)
