This is a key role within our organisation, ensuring our offices, systems and day-to-day operations run smoothly so our frontline teams can continue delivering life-changing support across Cumbria.

About the role
As Office Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our offices in Carlisle and Whitehaven, supporting administration, HR processes, IT coordination, data management and compliance. You'll work closely with colleagues, volunteers, trustees and external partners to help ensure Safety Net continues to provide safe, professional and trauma-informed services.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive relationships and keeping multiple priorities organised.
