We are seeking experienced Community Engagement Partners to help expand our reach within established community networks. This role is ideal for individuals with strong connections who can identify motivated working adults and make high-quality referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your networks within charities, housing associations, credit unions, faith organisations, and similar large groups to identify suitable candidates.
- Build sustainable partnership pipelines for consistent volume.
- Submit referrals via our secure portal or email.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based flexible role with significant earning potential for partners who deliver steady, high-volume referrals. Commissions are paid upon successful enrolment and funding confirmation, supported by full transparency and regular progress reporting.
