We are looking for a Head Chef to take over the reins of our kitchen! We offer 43-45 hrs per week, mostly day shifts so you can have a life outside the work place
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to step up and take control of its first kitchen!
Candidates must have a can-do attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience of building great teams
We are keen to speak to people who have a track record of sales growth and anybody with experience in working within a growing hospitality brand
Working to budgets, P&L accountability, labour control and safety systems are expected, as well as weekly brunch specials, creating new menus and event menus/dishes
As a company we have a passion for providing quality produce at affordable prices - and of course, with a hint of fun on the top!

Tronc is approx. £3000 PA (paid 4 weekly)
