The Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated HCPC Registered Paramedics to join our medical team at Leeds Festival from Wednesday 26th through to Monday 31st August.
Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will deliver autonomous pre-hospital emergency care across one of the UK's largest and most iconic music festivals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, treating and managing patients using evidence-based clinical practice.
- Responding to emergency and urgent medical incidents across the festival site.
- Making appropriate clinical decisions, including discharge, referral or escalation where required.
- Working alongside First Responders, Ambulance Technicians, Nurses and Doctors.
- Administering medicines within your scope of practice and current clinical guidelines.
- Completing accurate electronic patient care records.
- Providing outstanding patient-centred care while maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to a positive team environment.
Essential Requirements
- HCPC Registered Paramedic.
- Current HCPC registration with no restrictions on practice.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one – we can assist).
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic event environment.
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach.
- Ability to commit to the full event where possible.
Desirable
- Previous experience working within event medicine or mass gathering healthcare.
- Blue Light driving qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience using electronic patient records.
