Responsibilities
- You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Planning and delivering our market leading true life events program.
- Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team.
- Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
- Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends and primarily evenings.
Essential
You will be friendly and fun with a positive personality.
- Able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the business.
- You will be social media savvy.
- You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.
- Self-motivated, professional, resilient, adaptable & fun
- A strong ability to problem solves, multi-task, plan & organise.
This is a part-time position working 16 hours per week across 4 days out of 7, with four 4-hour shifts, typically from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The role is responsible for planning, organising and delivering engaging events as part of our True Life programme. You will be involved in every stage of the resident experience, from coordinating and hosting events to capturing content, creating social media posts, and encouraging participation. Most importantly, you will help create a vibrant community atmosphere and ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
