BANK Highly Specialist Physiotherapist - Band 7
Are you an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist with a passion for specialist palliative care and rehabilitation? CLCH is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Physiotherapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team at Pembridge Palliative Care Centre on a bank basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering and developing high-quality rehabilitation services for adults with complex palliative care needs, helping patients achieve the best possible quality of life and independence.
As a senior clinician, provide operational management and clinical leadership including time keeping, work allocation and rest breaks, respond to immediate sickness absence (requesting agency, as per protocol as required) and ensure efficient and effective use of resources
As senior clinician you will act as role model supporting the team to achieve and maintain high standards of clinical care, based on evidence based practice.
As senior clinician you will respond to clinical incidents, accidents and complaints in accordance with CLCH policy.
Undertake assessment and appraisal of designated members of the team.
To initiate and participate in change management processes as needed.
