Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Human Resources Manager & Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee comprehensive HR functions while managing financial administration. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing payroll and financial records, and supporting organisational development initiatives for two hotels.
Duties
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Administer payroll processes, benefits programmes, and financial transactions with precision and confidentiality.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure departmental objectives are met efficiently.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making on workforce planning, budgeting, and organisational development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR metrics, organisational updates, or training sessions for staff at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies through regular audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies that promote organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Support finance-related activities including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Skills
- Strong management skills with proven experience supervising teams within human resources or finance functions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear dialogue across all organisational levels.
- Data analysis skills to interpret complex information for strategic planning purposes.
- Competence in delivering engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with financial administration processes including payroll, benefits management, and expense reporting.
- Knowledge of human resources best practices alongside a thorough understanding of employment law regulations.
- Knowledge of Guestline and HOP PMS highly advantageous.
