Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Baby room Leader to join Sarah's Little Stars in Tunbridge Wells. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality childcare and maintaining our outstanding daily practice. As a Baby room Leader, you will play a key part in leading our team and delivering exceptional care to children.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily activities within the childcare setting.
- Support and mentor team members to ensure high standards of care.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
- Foster a nurturing environment following the Hygge Method.
- Assist in planning educational activities aligned with early childhood education principles.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service.
- Qualifications
- Proven management and leadership experience in childcare or nursery settings.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of early childhood development.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing outstanding care and support for children.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year

- Royal Tunbridge Wells TN2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- baby room leader: 1 year (preferred)
