Cloud Pharmacy are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our established and growing team at our Livingston dispensary. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled dispenser to contribute to an innovative, progressive online pharmacy delivering first‑class patient care.
About the Role
As an experienced dispenser, you will play a key role in supporting safe, accurate and efficient dispensary operations. You will work closely with our pharmacists and wider team to ensure patients receive exceptional service and timely access to their medication. The role requires previous dispensing knowledge, confidence in navigating digital systems, and a proactive, patient‑centred approach.
As an online pharmacy, strong IT skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispensary environment
- Accurately labelling and dispensing prescriptions
- Preparing packaging and orders for dispatch
- Managing stock, including date checking, invoice checking and shelf replenishment
- Working closely with the pharmacists and dispensary team to ensure patients receive high quality care
- Contributing to workflow improvements and supporting colleagues across all areas of the pharmacy

Experience
- Pharmacy experience: Minimum 1 year (required)
- IT skills, including pharmacy systems, Excel and Word (required)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent dispensing qualification
