Founded in 2016, with over 35 years of experience in the construction and maintenance industry, Armstrong Building and Maintenance Ltd is an established and reputable building and maintenance company delivering high quality services to the commercial sector and social housing providers across the North West region and North of England.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable Roofer to join our expanding team to start as soon as possible. You will be experienced in both slate and tile and flat roofing and will carry out roof installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections on social housing and commercial properties.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A minimum of 5 years’ roofing experience
- CSCS Card IPAF/ PASMA preferred but not essential
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work at height safely
- Good understanding of roofing materials and techniques
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
