AppLab is looking for confident, ambitious and outgoing salespeople to join our growing team.
We help local businesses create their own professional mobile app, fully branded around their business — helping them increase customer loyalty, engagement, repeat business and sales.
We’re looking for people who can take AppLab directly to local businesses and show them why having their own app could benefit their business.
WHO YOU’LL BE APPROACHING
You’ll be visiting businesses such as:
- Restaurants & takeaways
- Coffee shops & cafés
- Barbers
- Hair & beauty salon
- Independent retailers
- Bakeries & dessert shops
- Other local businesses
You’ll introduce AppLab, show business owners our app concepts/demos, explain the benefits and close the sale.
COMMISSION-BASED — EARN £200–£900 PER SALE
There is no basic salary — this is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a great bonus structure.
There is no limit to how much you can earn.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t necessarily need previous sales experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident approaching business owners
- Friendly, professional and persuasive
- Comfortable speaking face-to-face
- Motivated by commission and money
- Able to work independently
- Good at building relationships
- Persistent and able to handle rejection
- Presentable and professional
- Driven to hit targets
Sales experience is a bonus, but personality and ambition matter more.
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Finding local businesses
2. Approaching owners/managers
3. Introducing AppLab
4. Demonstrating our app concepts
5. Explaining how an app could benefit their business
6. Answering questions and overcoming objections
7. Closing the deal
8. Passing the customer over to AppLab for onboarding
We’ll provide you with the AppLab branding, sales information, pricing, demos and everything you need to approach businesses professionally.
THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO EARN
This isn’t a standard 9–5 sales job.
You control how many businesses you approach.
You control how many deals you close.
And there’s no cap on your earnings.
Your position within AppLab isn’t necessarily limited to the role you start in, For the right candidate, there is the potential to take on a much bigger position within AppLab very early on.
