We are a forward thinking company that has secured several multi year social housing contracts, carrying out a large variety of external works, and are currently seeking some honest, reliable and hard working individuals to join our team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday but there is an option to work an additional day at the weekend, where possible. A vehicle, and fuel, is provided by the company for the successful applicant.
We are looking for an experienced groundworker to join our well-respected company, where you will be required to be skilled in the following:
- Paving slab laying, re-laying and repairs
- Brick paving laying, re-laying and repairs
- Concrete pathways and hardstandings
- Surface drainage
- Fencing works
Applicants must also demonstrate the following:
- CSCS card (Preferred)
- Driving Licence
- English Speaking
- Working to scaled drawings and work method statements
- Being organised with everyday tasks
- Keeping up with projected milestones
- Excellent eye for detail
- Able to work well as well as part of a team and as well as leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety
- Good communication skills
- Confident with tools and machinery.
