We are recruiting Support Workers to join our amazing Residential Service in Chesterfield.
This role involves supporting an individual with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live a fulfilling and independent life. A key part of the role is supporting the person to access the community, attend activities, appointments, and enjoy meaningful experiences, so confidence driving and accompanying people out and about is essential.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or behaviours of concern
- Full UK driving licence with no penalty points
- Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
- Happy to drive service users and support them with community activities, appointments, and social activities
- Training in CPI, MAPA, MAYBO, or NAPPI is desirable (or willingness to undertake training)
