An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to support the running of a well established Children's Residential Service in Oxford. This is a key position within a truly child‑centred service, where every decision begins with one priority: putting the care and welfare of our children above everything else.

Role responsibilities:
- Register and lead the home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a trauma-informed team
- Champion safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice
- Drive compliance, quality assurance, and inspection readiness
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within Children’s residential services
- Proven experience in EBD or complex needs settings
- Understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulations 44/45
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Children and Young People
- Proven track record with Ofsted
