The Old Brewery is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking Kitchen Crew members to join our team in the heart of Cardiff.
Serving a menu of traditional pub favourites with a modern touch, we’re looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in producing consistently great food.
Onboarding: Aug 10th - Launch 13th August
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking traditional pub dishes to a high standard.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe.
- Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team during busy services.
- Helping with stock rotation, deliveries and food prep.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A team player who enjoys a busy service.
- Kitchen experience is preferred, but we’ll happily train the right person with the right attitude.
