Join us at Marie Louise House Care Home in the picturesque market town of Romsey, Hampshire. Run by the Healthcare Management Trust (HMT), our purpose-built, CQC 'Good' rated home provides exceptional nursing, respite, and specialist dementia care.
We are looking for an upbeat, passionate Registered Nurse to lead our shifts, mentor our teams, and deliver kind, person-centred care.
What You Will Do
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive home.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier clinical care that respects the dignity of every resident.
- Connect Deeply: Improve quality of life by supporting residents' independence and choices.
- Manage Clinical Care: Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and strict medicine management.
- Be an ambassador: Assess new residents and confidently represent HMT during regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate Operations: Manage staffing rotas, run smooth shifts, and mentor junior care staff.
What You Bring
- Qualifications: Level 1 Registered Nurse with an active NMC Registration.
- Clinical Skills: Competent workload management with knowledge of NMC codes and NICE guidelines.
- Core Values: Absolute commitment to resident confidentiality, dignity, safeguarding, and equality.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication skills to build strong bonds with families and stakeholders.
- Bonus Points: Experience in a residential care setting and Manual Handling training are great pluses.
