We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. Duties
- Manage and maintain our HRIS systems such to ensure accurate employee data entry and record keeping.
- Provide advice and support on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure seamless administration of employee benefits programmes.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee records, leave management, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
- Previous administrative experience supporting HR functions or related fields.

Pay: £25,028.99-£33,700.00 per year
